Service Agreements

Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for your projects
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner

• Make payments according to agreed-upon terms
• Respect intellectual property rights and usage guidelines

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to custom work created specifically for them. However, BoostByWeb retains rights to:

• General methodologies, processes, and know-how
• Pre-existing intellectual property and tools
• The right to showcase completed work in our portfolio (unless otherwise agreed)
• Any improvements or modifications to our proprietary systems

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Project fees may require deposits or milestone payments
• Invoices are typically due within 30 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Work may be paused for overdue accounts
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to provide high-quality services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoostByWeb's total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidential nature of your business information and will take reasonable measures to protect it. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the business relationship.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as outlined in individual service agreements. Upon termination, payment obligations for completed work remain, and both parties should return or destroy confidential information.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels in France.

Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to clients, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
